A 57-year-old woman experienced weakening of the left arm and came to ER. Following B-CT and B-MRI, cerebral angiography found near occlusion at the right middle cerebral artery. Thrombolysis was performed, resulting in restored blood flow in the middle cerebral artery.
A 83-year-old woman was brought to ER after experiencing weakening of the left limbs and a delirium. Acute cerebral infarction resulted from right MCA occlusion, which was identified by cerebral angiography. Thrombolysis was performed to treat the lesion.
A 69-year-old man with a medical history of hypertension presented with weakening of left hand. B-MRA and cerebral angiography confirmed the presence of stenosis in the right cervical carotid artery. The lesion was treated with carotid artery stenting.
