A 67-year-old woman with no specific medical history received B-CT angiography in which a cerebral aneurysm was suspected at the parraclinoid aneurysm ICA. Cerebral angiography confirmed that aneurysm. Coil embolization was done to occlude the aneurysm.
A 76-year-old man was brought to ER after collapsing. Occlusion of the middle cerebral carotid artery was noted in cerebral angiography. Cerebral artery thrombolysis in which drugs were directly injected to the lesion was performed. The occluded vessel was revascularized.
